Returns for a FULL REFUND must be completed within 10 business days of receiving the items. Items must be shipped back using the return label in your package.
Online orders can be returned in store as well! After 10 days and not beyond 30 days of purchase, item(s) may be returned for a FULL store credit/exchange. ALL items MUST have the original garment tags attached to be eligible for a FULL return/credit. Items will be inspected for any damages (rips, stains, etc.). If item(s) are damaged, they are non-refundable and this voids the FULL store credit. Store credits will be recorded on the customer's account within our Point of Sale system. Store credits can be used in store, online & in our app. You will receive a code to redeem your store credit online, via email.
