We hope you LOVE your purchase(s) but we know this happens sometimes! So let's make it easy :)

In store purchases:

Returns for a FULL REFUND must be completed within 7 business days of purchasing the item(s). After 7 days and not beyond 30 days of purchase, item(s) may be returned for a FULL store credit/exchange. ALL items MUST have the original garment tags attached to be eligible for a FULL return/credit. Items will be inspected for any damages (rips, stains, etc.). If item(s) are damaged, they are non-refundable and this voids the FULL store credit. Store credits will be recorded on the customer's account within our Point of Sale system. You can view your store credit when logged into our website or app under Customer Account. Store credits can be used in store, online & in our app. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Online Purchases:

Returns for a FULL REFUND must be completed within 15 business days of receiving the items. Items must be shipped back using the return label. We want you to LOVE your purchase so returns are easy at Margo! We will send you a free return label, just email marygrace@margoboutique.com to request your return label and you will receive it via email in 24-48 business hours. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE: Non-refundable, cannot be exchanged, NO store credit. 

Online orders can be returned in-store as well! After 15 days and not beyond 30 days of purchase, item(s) may be returned for a FULL store credit/exchange. ALL items MUST have the original garment tags attached to be eligible for a FULL return/credit. Items will be inspected for any damage (rips, stains, etc.). If you return an item for FULL REFUND or STORE CREDIT that earned Margo Rewards, the Margo Rewards will also be deducted from your account. 

Holiday Returns

In-store purchases: Holiday gifts are eligible for exchanges or store credit ONLY through Jan. 18, 2025. If you do not use your store credit at the time of your return, your store credit does NOT expire and will be logged on your customer account to be used at any time. The full amount paid for the item(s) will be issued in store credit. Items must have tags attached and be unworn/not damaged. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted past Jan. 18, 2025.
