      We want you to LOVE your purchase so returns are easy at Margo! We will send you a free return label, just email marygrace@margoboutique.com to request your return label and you will receive it via email in 24-48 business hours.

      Returns for a FULL REFUND must be completed within 15 business days of receiving the items. Items must be shipped back using the return label that we send you. Your refund will be reflected on your card within 3-5 business days.

      Online orders can be returned in store as well! After 15 days and not beyond 30 days of purchase, item(s) may be returned for a FULL store credit/exchange. ALL items MUST have the original garment tags attached to be eligible for a FULL return/credit. Items will be inspected for any damages (rips, stains, etc.). If item(s) are damaged, they are non-refundable and this voids the FULL store credit. Store credits will be recorded on the customer's account within our Point of Sale system. Store credits can be used in store, online & in our app. You will receive a code to redeem your store credit online, via email.

      ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE: Non-refundable, cannot be exchanged, NO store credit. 

      If you return an item for FULL REFUND or STORE CREDIT that earned Margo Rewards, the Margo Rewards will also be deducted from your account.
